∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather and review proforma invoice and other necessary documents required for opening LC.
∎ Prepare, edit and submit the LC and ensure that the draft LC has been correct from necessary stakeholders.
∎ Maintain cooperation with the bank to submit LC opening documents, sanction shipping documents and issue a pay order if required.
∎ Follow up shipment, mode of payment, custom duty, transportation of raw materials and maintain liaison with C & F agents.
∎ - Prepare and coordinate with insurance company to collect cover note and other insurance policy required to clear consignment from customs.
∎ Maintain database of all the documents and report to the manager.
∎ Any other job assigned by management
