Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information;
∎ Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements;
∎ Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing;
∎ Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information;
∎ Maintain CRM and assist on conflict resolution;
∎ Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures;
∎ Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities;
∎ Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
∎ Inform the customers regarding the ongoing promotions/campaigns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 6 months to 1 Year experience on call center is preferred however fresh graduates who are confident enough to handle the above mentioned job responsibilities are also encouraged to apply;
∎ Proficient verbal & written communication skill both in Bengali & English is MANDATORY!
∎ Over phone support skill;
∎ Excellent listening skill;
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
∎ Openness to learn, grow and develop skills;
∎ Able to operate telephone, computer stations, familiar with basic computer interface systems & applications. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and holidays;
∎ Able to maintain organizational image by demonstrating high quality client service at all times to all our customers;
∎ Able to collect accurate information and assist to resolve conflicts.
