∎ Employment Status: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Business Plans and strive for marketing opportunities through market visit/analysis
∎ Sales Lead Generation, manage and execute key activities that grow market share, sales, and profitability within our local go-to-market strategy
∎ Plan and collect Market & Business data from potential organizations and create business opportunities/scope of work and thereby helps to develop constructive Business Plans/Reports of existing and potential business origin
∎ Formulate strategies and develop/update contents of online platforms e.g. website, social media etc
∎ Liaise with Management to ensure brand consistency, follow up on market-oriented efforts
∎ Visit new potential Customers on a regular basis and brief them Quick Star products/services as well or specialty and report visit's outcomes to the line management
∎ Engage thoroughly to identify areas of development in the existing business and coordinate all improvement plan
∎ Chalk and organize events and outdoor events and functions deemed necessary for brand building
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have to be positive attitude, smart, energetic & dynamic
∎ Candidate having experience in IT/Networking Sales/Service organization will be treated as added advantage
∎ Having experience in B2B, B2C marketing & business development will get preference.
∎ Able to generate various report & develop assigned portfolio.
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Competitive salary package with sales incentives will be offered for the appropriate candidates
