∎ The Marketing Brand Communications Manager holds the accountability for developing and implementing brand marketing strategies, promoting growth and expansion to achieve business objectives in the short and long term for global customer markets. This role will also be responsible for working directly with management and internal teams to provide and implement a comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategy, including robust digital marketing and brand communication functions. The role will be part of the team to lead and grow overall awareness of ZXY global and regional business through focused communications management, digital and physical marketing messaging.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communications:
∎ Define brand communication strategy for ZXY key business messaging, communicate innovation and deliver successful product launches to drive existing and new customer engagement
∎ Plan the online and offline marketing strategy (including external and internal comms) and set and manage marketing calendars and critical paths for execution covering all channels
∎ Plan the overall digital marketing plan includes advertising on social media, online platform & SEO management.
∎ Conduct market research and evaluate trends to help teams understand our global marketplace
∎ Set clear 'KPI's for all marketing activity and to evaluate performance and result of each action, reporting back to business leaders
∎ Communicate regional product updates with a consistent brand message around the globe to both customers and internal colleague teams
∎ Create marketing effectiveness analyses and KPIs to inform and measure strategy
∎ Report on regional best practices, industry trends, business, and marketing program results.
∎ Lead and guide the digital and marketing team and provide recommendations to make decisions in timely manner
∎ Manage all briefs delivering on time, on brand and relevant for our audiences.
∎ Brand Creative:
∎ Continually strive to push brand thinking with a passion for creative storytelling, B2B consumer behavior, emerging trends in social marketing, and new media
∎ Brief and develop creative/artwork with teams generating all digital and physical work - covering catalogue layouts, product presentations, new branding initiatives, social and digital content, and corresponding marketing copy to ensure these are delivered to an activation ready standard, brief and on schedule.
∎ Understand competitor activity and ensure latest creative and category trends are implemented
∎ Develop ideas in line with Global creative guidelines and best practices
∎ Ensure layouts are finished accurately to brief prior to customer meetings or deadlines
∎ Action changes resulting from reviews and/or direction given by the Global Communications and Design Head, and preparing layouts to an activation ready standard
∎ Finalize all marketing materials ready for publish or print

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 years of experience in Brand Marketing preferably in the Apparel industry
∎ Must have minimum 3 years' managerial experience in leading and supervising a team
∎ Prior experience in managing apparel brands will be an added advantage
∎ Expertise in handling traditional & online plus social media marketing campaigns
∎ Expertise in handling Online Marketing for B2B apparel sector
∎ Must have adept knowledge of SEO and Google analytics
