1. Generate sales through direct clients, referrals, and digital platforms

2. Meet monthly and yearly sales targets set by management

3. Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits

4. Explain project features, pricing, payment schedule, and booking procedures to customers

5. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

6. Follow up with leads from Facebook, website, phone calls, and marketing campaigns

7. Prepare sales reports, lead status reports, and customer databases

8. Coordinate with management, CRM, accounts, and legal departments for smooth sales processing

9. Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns

10. Handle social media inquiries and online customer communication

11. Support digital marketing activities including Facebook boosting, lead generation, and campaign monitoring

12. Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, and corporate events

13. Ensure proper customer service before and after sales

14. Supervise junior sales executives and support team performance improvement

15. Maintain company branding and professional communication standards

16. Ensure timely collection of booking documents and payment follow-up
