Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ BBA (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ The incumbent has to visit the potential clients.
∎ Creating new customers to accrue the sales target.
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Have to achieve a monthly sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1- 5 years (s) & also freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Real Estate Marketing, Tour Management, Resort Sales, etc.
∎ Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Companies are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to convince clients professionally, acquire knowledge about the product, and have a good grasp of English and Bangla, both verbally and written.
∎ The candidate must be able to move around the city and work remotely to search and hunt for new clients and keep track of potential clients daily
∎ Sound knowledge in computer Word, ExCell and PowerPoint is mandatory.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, willing to take initiative, and result oriented.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes under immense pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
