Job Context:
∎ Office Shift: 9am - 6pm
∎ Weekend: Saturday
∎ Permanent Position: After 6 months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is not the position for a salesperson
∎ Prepare daily and monthly report as required by management.
∎ Should've minimum B2B marketing experience, you have to build a new one.
∎ Make a list of Target develop and manage the sales team whilst also being innovative with regards to marketing campaigns of Clients/Companies.
∎ Collect market information and develop markets for assigned product lines.
∎ Develop market by continuous market research.
∎ Make a report sheet of daily, weekly, and monthly work on the company given database.
∎ Create a brand-new marketing plan with an effective strategy.
∎ Ensure and increase coverage by proper beat/route planning, strategic coverage plan, and proper team guideline with clear timelines and KPIs
∎ Plan, organize, implement, and monitor team-mate activities to achieve market research targets.
∎ Formulate the agenda of monthly research/brand development meetings.
∎ Develop quarterly zonal promotional plans, evaluate monthly promotional activities, and generate a new model for promotional activities.
∎ Plan, organize, implement, and monitor research activities to achieve database building targets.
∎ coordinating with immediate supervisor and other departments.
∎ Define our target market/customer, visit the target market, collect the necessary data to build the database
∎ Identify product concept & positioning to develop messaging and creative strategies
∎ Creating a brand plan and brand strategy and ensuring all aspects of the product or companies marketing and activities align with the ethos and goals of the brand.
∎ Establish consumer insights and deep knowledge of segment perceptions, habits, and barriers to purchase
∎ Championing the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.
∎ Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy.
∎ Regularly collect and review consumer feedback, industry best practices, and market conditions to develop actionable marketing insights
∎ Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
∎ Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.
∎ Set, monitor, and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual brand development goals.
∎ Represent ourselves as an ambassador of the company in the retails market
∎ Establish strategies demonstration to present our product with retailers, customers, consumers, advocacy, and reference groups.
∎ Able to work as a team-member & be mentally prepared to take on any challenges of the company
∎ Identify market gaps of other brands & implements ours
∎ Generation of innovative ideas to change improvise and develop promotional strategies and programs.
∎ Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
∎ Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
∎ Excellent time management skills
∎ Preparing detailed strategy reports
∎ Solid organizational skills

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
