The Market Promotion Supervisor is accountable for the successful implementation of market development strategies as outlined in the project plan, with a special focus on the promotion of products and the establishment of relationships between the social enterprise and the market. In order to ensure that business development activities are in alignment with demand and supply dynamics, this position requires a proactive approach to market research, product quality management, and continuous market trend monitoring.
The Market Promotion Supervisor will collaborate with private sectors, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable growth, innovation, and the opening of new market opportunities for the social enterprise.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products and drive sales.
Ensure the store remains fully stocked and inventory is well managed
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer appointments, and complaints
Work closely with the marketing team to effectively reach target audiences
Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
Clearly and accurately communicate product features, benefits, and usage
Provide feedback to product development teams regarding potential improvements and market needs
Collect, track, and analyze weekly, monthly, and yearly sales data.
Provide detailed reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Prepare quotations, process purchase orders, and coordinate with customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and product delivery.
Oversee customer payments, including bank transfers and cash collections and ensure timely reporting.
