5–7 years of experience in sales audit, compliance, or risk management (with at least 2–3 years in managerial role).
Strong knowledge of internal audit, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Audit Planning & Execution
Develop, implement, and oversee market audit plans aligned with business objectives.
Conduct regular audits of distribution houses, retailers, and sales channels.
Monitor financial transactions, credit management, cash handling, and product distribution compliance.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and legal requirements.
Identify risks, fraud, or malpractice in sales operations and recommend corrective actions.
Design and implement compliance frameworks and monitoring mechanisms.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and present audit findings and compliance reports to senior management.
Maintain accurate records of audit observations, risk assessments, and compliance status.
Recommend process improvements to reduce gaps and enhance operational integrity.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and HR teams for compliance alignment.
Support Sales Operations in implementing corrective measures identified in audits.
Team Management & Development
Lead, guide, and supervise market audit and compliance officers/executives.
Provide training on compliance standards, audit methodology, and risk awareness.
Build a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability within the sales team.
