∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

∎ Experience:
∎ Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the textile and garments sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
∎ Skills & Competencies:
∎ Strong understanding of global and local textile markets and buyer trends.
∎ Expertise in client relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
∎ Sound knowledge of garment production processes, costing, and quality standards.
∎ Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
∎ Additional Attributes:
∎ Result-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding business targets.
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
∎ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase market share and profitability.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor analysis.
∎ Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote business.
∎ Supervise the end-to-end merchandising process, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
∎ Collaborate with design, production, and quality control teams to meet client expectations.
∎ Monitor order status, sample approvals, and production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Resolve issues related to costing, sampling, production, and shipment.
∎ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing and merchandising team.
∎ Set performance goals and ensure team accountability through regular feedback and evaluations.
∎ Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to achieve departmental objectives.
