Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Operations & Reporting
Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance against targets.
Manage sales incentives, commissions, and performance tracking.
Ensure timely data collection and reporting using CRM and sales tools.
Strategic Support
Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Recommend process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.
Compliance & Administration
Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and agreements.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and external regulations.
Support audits and internal control requirements.
Cross-functional Coordination
Act as liaison between sales and other departments (Finance, HR, Logistics, IT).
Facilitate smooth execution of sales campaigns and initiatives.
Team Leadership
Supervise, coach, and develop sales support staff.
Build collaboration and accountability within the team.
