Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and manage overall property acquisition plan, activity plan, resource needed to accomplish the purchase target.
∎ Execute the property acquisition strategy to ensure realizing organization's vision.
∎ Formulate periodical targets and optimize accordingly.
∎ Hitting monthly targets, building relationships and understanding property sellers’ trends.
∎ Develop and manage property acquisition budget.
∎ Closely work with associated departments (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Legal & Estate, Business Development etc.).
∎ Identify potential market/ clients along with new procurement opportunity.
∎ Manage the team to accomplish the property acquisition target.
∎ Train the team for project information including key buying points, target clients for each phase of negotiation, purchase deed etc.
∎ Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationship with clients.
∎ To prepare Deed and handling registration of various deed of agreement.
∎ Responsible for contract negotiation with clients.
∎ To coordinate lawyers for property related all legal matters and maintain liaison with concerned authority.
∎ Establish guideline to develop effective acquisition strategy.
∎ Manage and monitor daily growth and development of assigned tasks.
∎ Create and manage database and align with the organizational system.
∎ Monitor existing competitors’ activities and compete accordingly.
∎ Periodical report generation and presentation.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor/management related to role.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and persuasion skill
∎ Ability to understand the potential clients and area wise price
∎ Ability to make decision and close the deal
∎ Excellent convincing and negotiation skill
∎ Ability to lead and motivate the team
∎ Innovative, proactive and confident
∎ Honest & Hard Worker
∎ Working knowledge on Microsoft office suites
Salary: Negotiable
