∎ Willingness to travel frequently for site visits, meetings, and negotiations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the strategic planning and management of the company’s estate portfolio, including acquisitions, development, utilization, leasing, and sales.
∎ Conduct regular reviews and audits of land assets to ensure compliance with local regulations, optimal usage, and asset preservation.
∎ Evaluate and optimize the value of estates by identifying potential areas for development, revenue generation, and risk management.
∎ Develop legal strategies to safeguard the company’s interests in court cases, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
∎ Maintain up-to-date documentation, filing, and reporting on all land-related cases, judgments, and legal expenses.
∎ Ensure full compliance with local and national regulations related to land and estate ownership, transfer, leasing, and usage.
∎ Monitor changes in land laws, zoning regulations, and other legal matters affecting the estate portfolio.
∎ Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and regulatory adherence.
∎ Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to land ownership and disputes.
∎ Proactively resolve disputes with external parties through negotiation, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution methods when possible.
∎ Collaborate with the finance and operations departments to evaluate financial risks and create risk management strategies for land assets.
∎ Documentation and Record Keeping:
∎ Maintain accurate and updated records for all properties, including title deeds, lease agreements, regulatory permits, and case histories.
∎ Oversee contract drafting, negotiation, and finalization for estate-related transactions and ensure that all contracts comply with internal policies and legal standards.

∎ Job Summary
∎ The primary role of this position is to oversee and manage the company’s extensive estate portfolio. This role is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of the company's land assets and regulatory compliance associated with the estates. Work closely with internal teams, external legal counsel, government authorities, and other stakeholders to resolve property-related disputes, land acquisition and design utilization strategies.
