∎ • MBA / M. Com (Major in Marketing is preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • The incumbent will act as a Team Leader and responsible for overall sales and marketing of the designated area.
∎ • Coordinate and Lead the Sales Team.
∎ • Ensure all logistic supports to the Sales Team to run the day to day Sales Operation smoothly.
∎ • Set the Sales Target in order to utilize the Production Capacity
∎ • Make strategic sales policy, effective module and plan in order to achieve monthly sales targets.
∎ • Ensure Targeted Payment Collection and Recovery of Overdues.
∎ • Ensure all promotional, branding and marketing activities.
∎ • Visits retailers to monitor performance & motivating them to reach targets.
∎ • Implements strategies and techniques to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ • Ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
∎ • Update competitor's activities and local market conditions.
∎ • Regular Market survey and analyze market data to set strategy and techniques in order to achieve sales target, maintain sustainability and ensure the growth in the market .
