Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Best Tex International Ltd. Is representing garment Dry Process and Washing machineries. Now we are seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager in After Sales who is working in a Denim Washing Factory or Textile mill Composite Factory at least 12 years as a Managerial level.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Must have conduct the after sales Team.
∎ Collaborate with after sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide after sales support.
∎ Execution, installation, commissioning, monitoring, drawing, planning and controlling maintenance of all electrical system works.
∎ Verification of all types of electrical requirements'’ installations, wiring, fixtures etc. according to the drawings.
∎ Perform electrical or Mechanical engineering systems & wiring related planning, drawing and calculations.
∎ Preventing maintenance of machinery and equipment from damage and obsolescence.
∎ Perform Automation system & Commissioning to Full Automation project developing.
∎ Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
∎ Help clients to solve all problems with installed equipment.
∎ Every day service planning with team and discuss about customer call, then make schedule accordingly.
∎ Maintain well communicate and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Responds their call/email.Any others job Assigned by Management.
