Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare balance sheet and control the overall accounts management of the business units;
- Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information;
- Supports budget and forecasting activities;
- Maintain accounting transactions complying with accounting standards;
- Ensure compliance with Tax and VAT;
- Knowledge about ERP Tally;
- Ensure petty cash, cash management, and other cash disbursements are properly maintained;
- Check bills/vouchers/Requisitions/Delivery challan/GRN and other supporting documents;
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
- Maintain liaison with banks and other related organizations.
- Supervise loan and management thereon.
