Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong sales insight to innovative and charismatic leadership personality to lead a team, inspire & boost the sales volume.
∎ Result Driven; self-motivated with ability to analyze and interpret the market precisely and work towards it.
∎ Knows Sales Strategies with strong mindset for Teamwork.
∎ Should have sound Management & Planning, excellent Interpersonal Skills and Proactive with Positive thinking & approach.
∎ Proven End Sales Skills with Prospecting, Target Management and Market Awareness.
∎ Practical experience at Sales & Marketing in reputed Real Estate Development entity.
∎ Create new potential Customer base for target Sales.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing & potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship management with the customers.
∎ Manage existing & potential customers by physical sales visits, face to face contact etc..
∎ Visit different organization/work sites for developing business/creating new customers.
∎ Develop the best manners and skill in interpersonal communications - thus influence the client's decision positively.
∎ Have to achieve Individual & Team monthly / quarterly sales target.
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & dominance with company products.
∎ Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and another sales information.
∎ Possess, Process, Manage & Maintain client database.

∎ Direct Sales & Corporate Sales of Real Estate Products (Construction based).
