Responsibilities & Context:

Designs, launches, and manages retail banking products while driving digitalization, process reengineering, and fintech-led automation to enhance growth, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

• New Product Development: Design, develop, and launch retail banking products based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.

• Product Enhancement: Upgrade existing products and introduce new features to address market gaps and customer requirements.

• Product Communication & Promotion: Maintain accurate product information across internal and external channels and drive marketing campaigns to promote products.

• Training & Workshops: Conduct product and process training for branches and employees.

• Branch & Customer Support: Provide guidance on product queries, customer complaints, and dispute resolution in collaboration with relevant teams.

• Market & Peer Analysis: Monitor competitor offerings to identify gaps and optimize product benefits.

• Campaign Management: Execute asset and deposit campaigns with incentives to engage employees and enhance business performance.

• MIS & Reporting: Prepare MIS, reports, and presentations on product portfolio, profitability, and market trends for management decision-making.

• Process Reengineering & SOP Development: Analyze and optimize banking processes, identify gaps, and implement updated SOPs.

• Digitalization & Automation: Drive automation of retail banking services in collaboration with Digital banking and other relevant departments.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product operations and process improvements.

• Cross-Departmental Support: Assist other departments with projects, system upgrades, UAT, and integration of digital banking services.
