• ACCA / CA fully or partly qualified is preferred and Course completed can also apply

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Large group of Companies , Multinational Companies. Aviation industry experience will add  value. 

• Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English ( Speaking & writing) is essential

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues

It is gradually growing into a leading General Sales Agent (GSA) and General Sales & Service Agent (GSSA) in the fields of Aviation, Travel & Tourism, Medical and Leisure, VISA Services, Trading, and Hospitality. We are currently expanding our business and are looking for qualified, sincere and hardworking individuals, who will be able to work in our highly professional, fast-paced and dynamic corporate culture. 

• Department: Finance & Accounts 
• Recording, maintaining, and managing day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable & receivable of the company.
• Coordinating, preparing, and maintaining invoices, Receivable and payment.
• Preparing financial statements, Balance sheet , Close Monthly Financial reports, conducting reconciliation of Banks, Closing Customer & Vendor Accounts Monthly within Stipulated Time.
• Create Bills, Invoices, Sales receipts, Refunds, Credit notes, Recurring transactions, Sales entry and Purchase entry.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of accounting software and technology QuickBooks Knowledge is preferred.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Follow up Internal and External Audit observations and take mitigation plan and ensure liaison with the Auditors.
• Have adequate knowledge on LC
• Have adequate knowledge on TAX and VAT
• Performing such other duties as per the management requirements.
