∎ Minimum of 8 years’ experience of running similar operations in large infrastructure setups in UNIX, Linux, Storage, virtualization, Load-Balancer and middleware management.
∎ Strong understanding of banking infrastructure.
∎ Strong knowledge on PCIDSS, ISO certification and security infrastructure.
∎ Strong understanding and proficiency in Operating Systems (Windows, UNIX, Linux etc.), working experience in server hardware (RISC/CISC), storage, load balancer, backup, middleware, virtualization, HSM, etc.
∎ Strong understanding of computer networking (IP, routing, NAT, masquerading, DNS).
∎ Strong command over UNIX shell scripting, python, and automation tools.
∎ Multitasking, prioritization, time management, team management and teamwork skills in large team.
∎ Passionate about learning and taking challenges; Challenge the status quo.
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill, analytical skills/problem-solving/conceptual thinking.
∎ Vendor Certification is preferable for Linux, UNIX, Windows, Storage, Backup, virtualization, load balancer, and others shall get an advantage.
∎ Be customer-centric, a team player, self-propelled, disciplined, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage project assessments and ensure all IT products' successful deployment and go-live.
∎ Manage and troubleshoot the RISC/CISC environment (IBM, Oracle, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, and HP).
∎ Run regular operations, integration, and troubleshooting of Windows, Linux, and UNIX (AIX and Solaris).
∎ Run administration and troubleshooting of High Availability of HACMP/Power HA, Solaris Cluster and Pacemaker Cluster.
∎ Run Administration and troubleshooting of LPAR, LDOM and virtualization environments, including VIOS, VMWare, Tanzu, OLVM, OpenShift, OpenStack, Kubernetes and other HCI solutions.
∎ Run Administration and troubleshooting of Hardware Security Module (HSM), different storage system (Netapp, IBM, Dell, Huawei).
∎ Run regular operations, integration and troubleshooting of Load-Balancer Like (LTM, WAF, DNS. GSLB and others).
∎ Administer and troubleshoot regular operations, as well as integrate and troubleshoot Load-Balancer functionalities such as LTM, WAF, DNS, GSLB, and others.
∎ Manage the regular administration, operations, integration, and troubleshooting of middleware (WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, Glassfish).
∎ Proficient in deploying cutting-edge technologies such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, Jenkins, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and OCI to drive futuristic infrastructure automation.
∎ Ensure all services are running within capacity and healthy by running regular health checks and taking corrective measures.
∎ Capacity resource planning based on the existing and projected requirements.
∎ Integrate infrastructure planning with business projections to select the optimal product for future growth.
∎ Understand and run operations based on ITIL practices (change, incident, problem, time, CMDB and capacity management)
∎ Ensure that audit issues (regulatory/internal/external) are addressed duly for resolving and regularizing and responding/escalating audit comments in due time and manner.
∎ Timely escalate service quality issues and proactively initiate to resolve to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Ensure 24/7 support modality for Hardware, OS, Storage and Backup systems.
∎ Regular VA mitigation activity (Patch Update, Firmware Update, Bug Fix etc.)
∎ Understand and develop Shell scripting and upgrade Patch implementation of Unix system.
∎ Ensure problem analysis and solving of Vulnerabilities of systems and minimize risk or human errors.
∎ Manage vendor in multiplatform hardware platforms and software solutions for running BAU service.
∎ Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management.
∎ Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
∎ Protective update is required for maintenance, monitoring, documentation, processes, and procedures.
