Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: DIPLOMA IN MATERIAL MANAGEMENT
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Store Operations / Audit / Compliance.
∎ Managing the day to day Functional activities of stores.
∎ Prepare of MIS reports
∎ Control of Inventory through ERP System
∎ Maintain all type Physical stock with ERP System
∎ Effective storage of material and identification
∎ Reconciliation of daily issue to floor & general shortage / excess report
∎ Monitoring self life items & hazardous materials
∎ Handle to the manpower of stores
∎ Fair knowledge of purchase function
∎ Arrange for rejected material send back to vendors.
∎ Ensuring material availability for production on time by regular follow-up
Additional Requirements:
