MBA /Masters in Marketing/Post Graduation in any relevant subject.

• 8 to 10 years

• Age 32 to 38 years

• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in land procurement department of any reputed real estate company

• Excellent communication skills

• In depth knowledge of land related documents

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment

• In-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues

Job Responsibilities

• Verification of Land related documents & consult with legal department promptly

• Liaison with all concerned government department

• Develop strategy for Post negotiation activity

• Analysis of proposal & effective coordination with all concerned proactively

• Forecast future business through analysis of relevant data and other land information

• Able to independently negotiate and procure land on behalf of company

• Identify potential land and extend personalized service to the land owners

• Able to conduct proper cost/benefit analysis to ensure company profitability

• Handling queries from clients, monitoring and communicating with the relevant personnel for professional feedback

Candidates with previous experience in Real Estate will be given preference
