Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years’ experience in creative video editing and motion design, preferably within an advertising agency or high-paced in-house team.
∎ Exceptional creative ideation skills with a portfolio showcasing a range of creative campaigns.
∎ Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, brand development
∎ Having experience in digital agencies will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for social media, campaign videos, explainer videos, and promotional content.
∎ Edit and assemble raw video footage into engaging visual stories, incorporating music, sound effects, graphics, and transitions.
∎ Create visually appealing animated elements such as lower thirds, titles, logo animations, and infographics.
∎ Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop video concepts aligned with CZM’s messaging and brand guidelines.
∎ Optimize video content for multiple platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and internal presentations.
∎ Maintain organized project files and follow proper archiving practices for all video assets.
∎ Occasionally support basic camera work or assist during field shoots when needed
