Responsibilities & Context:
One of the top Life Insurance companies in the world is looking for a dedicated, honest and committed marketing person to take care of the Core marketing activities.
The job includes developing, controlling and promoting life insurance business in Bangladesh. Involves touring all our Branches, Business Hubs, Agency Offices spread all over the country. Should have minimum 10 years experience in life insurance marketing.
Meeting New Business targets monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
Marketing of Group Insurance, Health products.
Recruitment of Agents, imparting training, providing support to Agents.
Development of Bancassurance channel including liaison with banks and providing support in new business.
Compilation and preparation of periodical business data/statements/analysis for submission to various authorities including regulator.
Supporting and helping the branches in marketing.
Designing suitable promotion and publicity activities for field workers.
Any other jobs that may be required for marketing.
