We are seeking a versatile and motivated professional to join as Manager/ Deputy Manager (Business Development). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in tender and procurement processes, sound knowledge of software and IT projects, and a solid understanding of business operations and activities. The role requires both hands-on execution and analytical support to contribute to organizational growth, particularly across private and government sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and bid submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather required documents and deliver proposals on time.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of SaaS, ERP, and software project lifecycles to support project scoping and execution.
- Align business initiatives with operational requirements and organizational goals to ensure efficiency and sustainable growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, track competitor activities, and analyze industry trends.
- Develop professional proposals, company profiles, and promotional materials for both government and private sector projects.
- Maintain accurate databases of tenders, proposals, contracts, and ongoing projects.
- Prepare business forecasts and progress reports using CRM and internal systems (excluding direct sales responsibilities).
- Provide analytical support to management by setting performance indicators and contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Manage multiple responsibilities independently while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
