Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)/Marketing from any recognized University.
∎ Textile Engineer will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain professional relationship between clients and manufacturer or production floor.
∎ To source the new buyer & maintain good relation with Buyers.
∎ To facilitate order pursuits and prepare development samples and costing sheets.
∎ To guide on current market trend and buyer compliance standard.
∎ To offer the customers, prepare price quotation, and cost sheet.
∎ To maintain communication with buyers including sample follow up activities from booking to shipment and cooperate with the commercial department.
∎ Assist the product development process to ensure that products meet customer's quality.
∎ Execute promotional plan & branding activities as per guideline.
∎ Meet the monthly sales target and creation of a new market for expanding.
∎ Preparing efficient plan of marketing & merchandising chain from buyer orders, preparation of material supplies, and production line planning item until finishing.
∎ Performing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting, planning, evaluation and preparing action plan accordingly.
∎ Supervise the sales team operation and plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly target & collection.
∎ Preparing periodic sales report and analyzing performance against program to determine their effectiveness.
∎ Analyze own market size of each product, plan for targeted market share & inform the management.
∎ Handle day-to day Merchandising & production operations.
∎ Have to do overseas correspondence with excellence.
∎ Prepare daily report regarding new orders and bookings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ PRODUCTS : Various types of woven fabrics & home textile products.
∎ SPINNING : 100% Cotton, 50:50 Poly Cotton, CVC, CVS, 100% Polyester, Denier etc.
∎ WEAVING : Plain, Sateen, Twill, Jacquard, Half Panama, Slub Yarn, Duck, Voile, Different types of Dobby pattern, up to 1000 TC.
∎ PROCESSING: Printing, Dyeing, Finishing, Pre-Treatment, Lab Testing, Designing, Engraving, Stitching and Packing.
∎ COMPLIANCE: Good knowledge on factories compliance issues and capable to solve proactively.
