Responsibilities & Context:
- Finding new sales opportunities and market potential for land projects;
- Must be capable to achieve the respective sales target;
- Ensure the activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly action plan;
- Making effective, regular marketing and sales visits to public and private offices;
- Understand the importance of Customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members;
- Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure;
- Gather up-to-date market data and include it in your marketing strategy or plan;
- Investigate new markets to help boost sales;
- Create and provide sales and marketing reports on a regular basis to your immediate supervisor;
