Job Context:
∎ Sheltech Brokerage Lid. (SBL) is a leading ful-service broker in Dhaka Stock Exchange. Shekech Brokerage Lid. is looking for suitable individuals for the below-mentioned post and requirements.
∎ This is an open jab circular and position will be decided based on candidates` job expenence and competency.
∎ Department: Sales & Trading Department
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute clients order under SBL trading rules
∎ Closely monitor the client's margin exposure
∎ Comply rules & regulations of the regulatory body of BSEC & DSE during trade execution
∎ To communicate with the clients and inform the market scenario and portfolio update daily
∎ To collect market-sensitive information and update the clients
∎ Analysis of market trend and corporate balance sheet to extended better service lo the chants
∎ To suggest management from time to time for the growth of the business
∎ Achieving turnover budget and maximizing existing portfolio wealth
∎ Increase Investor relationship and management
∎ Daily client call to introduce new account and deposit
∎ Maintain and update daily written buy/sell order
∎ Achieve daily and monthly deposit target
∎ Attending Daily and Monthly Meeting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: 2 to 10 years
∎ Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Capital Market. However, in the case of extra-ordinary candidates, experience may be relaxed
∎ S/he should be dedicated to building long term careers in the capital market with challenge and passion as the guiding principle.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge about listed scripts in DSE
∎ Understand the fundamental dynamics of the market and basic pentameters of the value of a stock
∎ In-depth knowledge about trading rules and related regulations in the capital market
∎ Ability to maintain and develop relations with people to deliver service and procure business
∎ Knowledge of rules and regulations of SEC and other regulatory bodes: 8. Attitude toward the compliance of both external and internal regulations
∎ Ability to hunt new business
∎ Excellent communication and networking skills.
