∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To attend P.P meeting with size set sample and make sure all the points of the style and make a clear idea.
∎ Study the style file and compare with the P.P sample.
∎ Make sure the quality standard of first pre bulk output with quality team.
∎ Teach and train the operators for relevant operation/machines for achieving the required quality and the measurements.
∎ Ensure teaching the operators with the correct machine settings for stitching critical style & operations easiest way.
∎ Make sure that the operators are guided in properly using hand gloves, needle guards, eye guards and mask.
∎ Maintain the needle & hand needle procedure as per given instruction at all the time.
∎ Make sure that the respective line is clean and tidy and the housekeeping is good at all the time.
∎ Ensure that the operation chart is read properly and if any operation is missing or needed an additional operation to the particular style that must communicate to the relevant person to get the correct operation chart.
∎ Ensure that the pattern and the size chart is o.k. on the stitching style if need any revision must communicate with the pattern master to finalize the pattern and the spec before PP meeting.
∎ Control daily in-line and end-line defect rates closely working with the line supervisors and the QCs.
∎ Others: To perform any other jobs responsibilities/ duties as assigned by the Management.
