∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Overseas Companies, Tour Operator, Travel Agent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Telling details about our service to clients by phone calls.
∎ Provide detailed information about our service to clients face tops face.
∎ Hotel Reservation, Client Service, Customer Care
∎ Air Ticketing, Visa Processing , Administrative work, Front Desk
∎ Good Communication skills
∎ Packages such as Umrah package, tour packages, or upgraded
∎ Must be Known Online Submission
∎ Facebook, physical visit or any other mode of communications.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Air Ticketing and Visa processing.
∎ Using GDS (Galileo, Sabre & Amadeus).
∎ Customer Service, Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Provide necessary support to Visit Visa & Package tour Processing Sector.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
