Job Context:
∎ -Age 32 to 45 years
∎ -Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ -Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Companies are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ -The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to convince clients professionally, acquire knowledge about the product, and have a good grasp of English and Bangla, both verbally and written.
∎ -The candidate must be able to move around the city and work remotely to search and hunt for new clients and keep track of potential clients daily
∎ Sound knowledge in computer Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
∎ -Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, willing to take initiative, and result oriented.
∎ -Able to cope with constant changes under immense pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
∎ -The incumbent has to visit the potential clients.
∎ -Creating new customers to accrue the sales target.
∎ -Building a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ -Have to achieve a monthly sales target.
