• 5 to 10 years

• BBA/MBA (preferably in Marketing) from any Public/ Private university with good academic record.

• Candidates who have a sound knowledge about digital marketing will get extra privileges.

• Age 28 to 45 years

• Ability to meet the sales target, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analytical Skills, Client Relationship Management. Communication and Negotiation Skill, Strategic planning and execution, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate Development, Real Estate Marketing, Real Estate Sales, Sales & Marketing

• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively with customer.

• Able to create new customers & increase sales volume

• Daily Client/Market visit and report on all sales activities.

• Create new clients and market visit for searching new customer.

• Plan and carry out direct sales activities.

• Contact with several corporate sector as well as different educational institution for searching new customer.

• Visit potential customers on regular basis and maintain client database. Establish and maintain good relationship with customer.

• Keep the management update on periodical sales progress.

• Must be target oriented and should have spirit to achieve target.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet target & tight deadlines.

• Expand new market area and increase the sales volume.

• Ability to lead a sales and marketing team.

• Any other task assigned by Management.
