B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Fashion Design or related field/ or Graduation from any field
Training in CAD system operation (Gerber / Lectra / Optitex) will be preferred.

- Age 35 to 45 years
Minimum 13+ years of experience in CAD and Sample Department of a reputed Woven garments factory.
At least 8 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
Strong technical knowledge of pattern, grading, and fitting.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to handle buyer requirements independently.
Sound computer literacy (MS Excel, Email, CAD systems).
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the CAD and Sample team to ensure timely and accurate sample development.
Supervise pattern making, marker making, and consumption analysis using CAD software (e.g., Gerber / Lectra / Optitex).
Review buyer tech packs and ensure proper pattern and sample interpretation.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, and technical teams for smooth sample approval.
Ensure fit, size, and measurement accuracy before sample submission.
Monitor fabric utilization, consumption, and cost optimization through efficient marker planning.Guide sample tailors and technicians to maintain high quality and consistency.
Prepare and maintain all related reports and records for management review.
