Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily operations of the commercial layer farm, including feeding, health management, and egg production.
Monitor and analyze production data to optimize farm performance and profitability.
Develop and implement strategies to improve farm efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of production, health, and inventory.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and function.
Prepare and present reports on farm performance to senior management.
Foster a safe and positive working environment for all employees.
