• Strong Leader ship capabilities to manage the sales Team & Coordinate with the Transmission Team.

• Define & develop Communication Strategy & plan for Sales & Marketing of ISP.
• Having the capability to handle multiple customers at the same time. & wide experience in Handling Govt. & Semi Govt. Tenders for ISP Sales & Marketing·
• Having strong knowledge on ISP Sales & Marketing.
• Monitoring current market trends. customers informed of progress during the issue life cycle and make follow-up calls or communications in a timely manner.
• Measure the success of Marketing Programs to determine the most effective means of driving safely.
• Prepare the Sales Target; propose Planning with the Team members to achieve the Goal.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Work in collaboration with sales Team to ensure there is Common understanding of Business Goals & objectives.
• Provide Strategic input into Company's Business Plan.
• Details knowledge on Sales Closing, Customer Problem Handling & Billing.
• Perform the duties & responsibilities to a high professional and ethical standard and Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
