Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maximum utilization of Yarn Dyeing Department's machine capacity.
∎ Plan and produce in such a way to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customers' required standards.
∎ Resolve customer complaints within shortest possible time without pending dissatisfaction.
∎ Meet the budgeted production target.
∎ Follow Up the Yarn dyeing production team to get the target production output as per production plan and delivery of goods accordingly.
∎ Optimize cost effective maintenance.
∎ Supervise response time to queries from marketing department and customer so that there's no shortcoming neither in financial nor at opportunity cost perspectives.
∎ Liaise with all concerned external stakeholders of Yarn Dyeing production to obtain positive impact for the department as well as for the plant.
∎ Communicate with customers and suppliers to obtain maximum output from production unit.
∎ Supervise relevant inventory belonging to the Yarn Dyeing Department in order to assure optimum utilization of the stock which includes right time grey yarn & raw material in-housing, utilizing non-moving & slow-moving stock, etc.
∎ Establish ownership and sense of responsibility on all company assets.
∎ Overall follow up or responsible for Yarn Dyeing.
∎ Yarn Dyeing production planning and control.
∎ Meet customer's delivery schedule and delivery plan.
∎ Attain customer's call carefully and take exemplary action on emergency case.
∎ To prepare lab rechecking and re-dyeing recipe.
∎ To assist Head of the Department for overall activities and outcome of the assigned account with absolute perfection.
∎ To plan Yarn production as per received order.
∎ To provide advance yarn requisition.
∎ To manage and use stock of yarn as per specific order.
∎ To follow up the test activities of yarn.
∎ All over responsibility of soft winding, hard winding and dyeing floor
∎ Match shades in consistency with work order requirements or quality parameters
∎ Any other job given by the HOD.
∎ Any other task assigned by the company.
