Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional qualification CA (CC Complete).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible as Manager of VAT & Tax for overall monitor and coordinate Vat and Tax related activities of the Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited, Walton Corporation Limited for implementation, compliance, planning of Tax, VAT & Customs act.
∎ Preparing and maintaining all Tax and VAT return and related issues (e.g. hearing to appeal, tribunal for assessment) of the organization.
∎ Developing of Vat Software as per Vat & Customs Act regularly; Calculate and deduct of Tax & VAT at source and issuance of certificate thereon. Reconciliation of Tax and VAT demanded and adjustment of TDS, VDS and AIT, AT, Increase/decreasing adjustment in the books of accounts.
∎ Responsible for VAT, Cash Incentive & DEDO related all activities of Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited.
∎ Monitoring & Maintaining Tax deduction from salary of staffs as well as helping staff submitting Tax return and collection of Tax certificate.
∎ Preparing and maintaining documents related to RJSC return; BOI (permission, registration & renewal). Maintaining liaisons with high officials of Tax, VAT, and RJSC & BOI.
∎ Handling of VAT & Tax audit conducted by VAT & Tax authorities. Keep liaisons with VAT & Tax Circle/Division Office, Zone/Headhunter, NBR to solve the barriers related to Company VAT & Tax issues.
∎ Any other job/assignment is defined by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants having Specialized Professional Certification in TAX & VAT will be given preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax) & ERP.
∎ The applicants should have minimum 2 years experience in managerial role.
∎ Familiar with latest VAT related ordinances, rules, regulation and practices.
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
