Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Professional Certification and training on VAT is highly preferable and it will be an added advantage.
∎ University of Dhaka,North South University,Rajshahi University,University of Chittagong,East West University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), VAT and Tax, VAT Law
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Banks, Electric Wire/Cable, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and manage Vat related works as well as able to maintain all Vat related Books of Accounts of Manufacturing, Trading and Service concern.
∎ Calculation and submission of the Groups VAT returns as required.
∎ Close liaison with NBR, VAT circle and Division as well as Vat Inspector, Vat super, and other related personnel.
∎ Preparation of MUSHAK 1, 16, 17 & 19 (Monthly Return) & MUSHAK -11 & other VAT related documents and submitting to the VAT Office.
∎ Daily update all MUSHAK register i.e. MUSHAK 11, 16, 17, 18 & 19.
∎ Maintain VAT Deduction at Source (VDS) process.
∎ Regular reconciliation of the VAT control accounts and records.
∎ Maintain Purchase Register, Sales Register etc. in a proper way.
∎ Keep all the VAT registers updated, issue VAT Chalan and maintain the records, registers & documents conforming to VAT laws in a timely manner.
∎ Execute, monitor and manage Vat related works as well as able to maintain all Vat related Books of Accounts of Manufacturing, Trading and Service concern.
∎ Conducting hearing asked by various Government authorities in case of dispute resolution of VAT relevant issues.
∎ Ensure proper compliance with VAT Act and rules.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven and Hand on Experience in VAT in a reputed organization is must.
∎ Have to have Leadership ability.
∎ Good in Planning, Reporting, Management and Decision Making.
