- Electrical design of multi-storied commercial & Residential building using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Installations work supervision of LIFT, Escalator, Generator, Sub-station, BBT, Firefighting system, Central Air condition system, CCTV, PABX, PA system etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities & Context
The Electrical Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems, in the factory. The role will oversee maintenance, compliance with RSC (national and international safety standards) and continuous improvement of electrical reliability to protect people, property, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation, inspection, operation, and maintenance of all electrical equipment and systems (HT/LT panels, generators, air conditioners, compressor, substation, Boiler, UPS, lighting, etc.)
- Monitor electrical load distribution to prevent hazards and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with Accord, Alliance, RSC (Ready-Made Garments Sustainability Council), NFPA, and buyer safety protocols.
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical machinery, control systems and production equipment.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor and ensure the safe operation of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical distribution systems.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits of electrical and fire systems.
- Compliance & Risk Management.
- Maintain documentation for compliance and buyer audits.
