Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day-to-day operations of Medical Services
Ensure quality patient care and service standards across departments
Coordinate with consultants, nursing and administrative teams
Conduct clinical audits and monitor service quality indicators
Implement quality assurance and patient safety protocols
Manage patient feedback and grievance handling systems
Analyze hospital data and prepare reports (KPI, performance, etc.)
Supervise staff performance and recommend improvements
Organize training, CME and development programs for staff
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs and regulatory standards
Conduct regular floor visits to monitor service delivery
Support hospital management in operational planning and decision-making
