• Strong knowledge and understanding of international banking and financial transaction processes.
• Sound understanding of international investments, hedging products, and related techniques.
• Good knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Excellent financial and analytical skills.
• Strong presentation and report writing and business communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant job-related software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality presentations, data analysis and reports for Board and ExCo meetings, as well as prepare holding and country presentations for external investor/Lender presentations.
• Assist in the development of Treasury related policies, guidelines, and operational manuals.
• Conduct economic and market analyses across ASAIG’s operating markets in Asia and Africa; keep up to date about market indicators and prepare comparative assessments of term sheets received from subsidiaries based on macro, micro and company specific indicators
• Prepare thorough funding mix and cost of fund analysis reports to support informed decision-making by senior management. Contribute to the implementation of the Group’s hedging strategy by coordinating processes for execution of hedging transactions across operating subsidiaries.
• Prepare and maintain the funding pipeline report, ensure timely updates of the funding tracker, and manage ongoing engagement with country teams.
• Play an active role in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing loan agreements and related documentation for ASAI subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with Legal team in KYC process.
• Monitor compliance with financial/ non-financial covenants, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
• Carry out financial and portfolio analyses as required by management.
• Organize and facilitate internal and external lender meetings as needed.
• Undertake any other responsibilities as may be assigned by ASAI management from time to time
