∎ Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service.
∎ Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
∎ Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain optimal stock levels.
∎ Monitor food quality, menu consistency, and presentation.
∎ Handle customer feedback and complaints, and resolve any service issues promptly.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.
∎ Assist in marketing activities, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
∎ Maintain cost control, reduce wastage, and ensure profitability.
