Job Responsibilities:
∎ In-depth knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ticketing & Reservation department
∎ Manage the team of ticketing and reservation agents and provide guidance and support
∎ Ensure the timely and accurate processing of ticketing and reservation requests
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department
∎ Maintain and build relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to secure the best rates and availability
∎ Monitor market trends and competition to ensure Travel Point remains competitive in the market
∎ Analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
∎ Provide regular reports to upper management on the performance of the department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
