Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Management: Terminal Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied at all times. Duties include supervising and managing the Operation's team, training staff members to provide the highest standards of customer service and ensuring that all company policies are followed. Additional tasks comprise of handling customer inquiries and resolving customer problems.
∎ Strong people management experience with the ability to relate and communicate with all levels of management.
∎ Facilitate in Planning and execution of periodic campaigns to increase market reach and boost sales.
∎ Identifying potential clients for berthing in Water Bus Terminal of Sadarghat and Patenga. Allocate and prepare berthing schedule for the several clients.
∎ Identifying and negotiate with potential and existing clients for sub-lease or rent of spaces in Water Bus Terminal areas of Sadarghat and Patenga.
∎ Supporting the Account's team to collect receivable from all the clients.
∎ Keep records of fuel management and maintenances of Water Buses based on the requirement.
∎ Overall Effective and Efficient Management of daily operation of Water Bus Terminal of Sadarghat and Patenga and Sadarghat
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
