Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Candidates having CA (CC) from a reputed firm will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Internet Browsing, Microsoft word and excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Income Tax and VAT
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing of bill and vouchers for payment and entering the transactions into Accounting Software.
∎ Maintenance of Office petty cash
∎ Preparing bank reconciliation statements
∎ Banking and following up with the bank and related party as and when necessary for clearing the outstanding transactions.
∎ Preparing notes for making any payment.
∎ Preparing and reviewing the budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on preparing Financial Statement.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS and VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. treasury.
∎ Prepare TDS & VDS certificates (Mushak- 6.6) and provide to vendors.
∎ Ensure the proper preparation and timely submission of Withholding Tax return and VAT return (Mushak- 9.1) to concern authority as required.
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Income Tax Ordinance & Rules, 1984; VAT and SD Act 2012.
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & independently able to manage Corporate Income Tax, VAT and Company law-related work of the company.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on VAT Online and VAT rebate/refund and exemption process.
∎ Liaison with Tax and VAT authority regularly;
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.
