Responsibilities & Context:
Aftab Bahumukhi Farms Limited is seeking an experienced Manager, Technical Sales (Fish Feed) for our Fish Feed Segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical services and support to our customers and sales team with a focus of driving and expanding our fish feed sales. This role demands a deep understanding of fish nutrition and feed technology, with a focus on optimizing product performance and customer satisfaction.
Formulate strategic business plan to drive market share of fish feed
Drive regional sales strategies, expand into new markets, and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
Analyze market trends, adjust sales tactics, and collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns
Set and monitor sales targets, using data for forecasting and budget management
Provide technical guidance on fish feed, resolve issues, and support product positioning
Stay current on fish nutrition advancements and work with R&D on product development
Conduct training, develop educational materials, and represent the company at industry events
Offer on-site technical support, gather feedback, and conduct field trials to support sales and product development
