Responsibilities & Context:
The Manager, Technical Sales (Cattle Feed) for Aftab Bahumukhi Farms Limited`s Cattle Feed Segment is primarily responsible for driving sales initiatives with market expansion intent by providing expert technical support to our sales team and customers. With a deep understanding of cattle nutrition, particularly in dairy and meat feed products, you will play a crucial role in ensuring market growth, product effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Formulate strategic business plan to drive market share of cattle feed
Implement area-specific strategies to extend sales demands for cattle dairy and meat feeds
Implement area-specific strategies to exceed sales targets for cattle dairy and meat feeds
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within different sales territories
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as needed
Collaborate with marketing on promotional activities
Provide technical guidance on cattle feed products to the sales team, distributors, and customers
Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to product performance
Assist in product positioning through technical insights and demonstrations
Ensure product quality in collaboration with production and R&D teams
Monitor market performance and ensure compliance with industry standards
