Job Context:
∎ • Job Summary:
∎ Collaboration: Strategic Planning Manager is responsible to assist Sectors and Central Service Units (CSUs) in Strategic Action Planning (SAP) to maintain uniformity throughout the organization. This includes assisting the departments on developing SAP for a year with goals, actions, indicators, targets etc.
∎ Analyzing data: The individual is responsible to analyze data from all the departments every month, to monitor, review and recommend them on their strategic action planning.
∎ Review: SAP Manager is responsible for several reviewing activities such as monthly reports, monthly review meetings, quarterly review workshops and annual SAP workshops.
∎ Maintaining the SAP software: SAP Manager is responsible for maintaining the SAP software for day to day activities and closely work with the Information Systems departments to maintain troubleshoot and upgrade the software continuously.
∎ Role purpose: Friendship delivers immediate and lasting change for people in need in all contexts. The Strategy and Quality Development (PSQD) is vital of its program implementation. The SAP Manager is responsible to assist the lead for overall strategic follow-up of implementation, integration and for development of high quality, innovative programmes. The SAP Manager will also support the SAP-lead for the logistics, communication, scheduling and coordination for regular work.
∎ The major contacts: Mostly with SAP focal person, all Sector and CSU Heads, Team leaders, Senior/Programme Managers and CSU heads.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Facilitation for the development of program strategies and annual plans ensuring appropriate stakeholder involvement and input
∎ Participate in strategic planning development process and implementation follow up
∎ Ensure that SP uploaded and time to time analyzed for efficient management support.
∎ Coordination and Technical Assistance:
∎ Coordinate SP planning and offer technical assistance if needed.
∎ Ensure that all sectors and CSU apply SP software.
∎ Liaison with MIS and SP Focal Person
∎ Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning:
∎ Assist in maintaining a supportive and consistent monitoring of Strategic Plan implementation.
∎ Assist in measuring achievement and progress toward program goals and results
∎ Assist in ensure learning by the program from relevant best practice and assess performance regularly against agreed program objectives and indicators

Additional Requirements:
∎ 03 years of work experience.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS-Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Internet and data entry
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Good analytical skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on administrative and logistics management.
∎ Written and spoken knowledge on English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to work independently and within diversified team.
