Responsibilities & Context:
Scientific evolution and lifecycle management of manufacturing processes.
Process validation, revalidation, and continued process verification (CPV).
Technology transfer activities (R&D to commercial scale and site-to-site transfer).
Statistical data analysis, process capability evaluation, and trend monitoring.
Support in deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
Quality Risk Management (QRM) in accordance with EU GMP and PIC/S expectations.
Scientific assessment and justification of change control activates.
Continuous process improvement based on GMP data, Scientific evidence, and regulatory expectations.
Preparation, review, and maintenance of MS&T-related documents in compliance with EU GMP and PIC/S standards.
