• Analyze monthly financial data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with all departments to prepare the annual budget and compile necessary documents for management submission.

• Track budget performance against actual results, highlighting areas of overspending or underutilization.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other departments to collect financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

• Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

• Preparation of Monthly and Yearly Financial Reports, including Account Schedules.

• Audited Financial Statements Preparation and Audit Management Tax & VAT Compliance and Effective Tax Management.

• Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Discrepancy Resolution.

• Establishing and Maintaining Strong Internal Controls for Financial Accuracy and Reliability.

• Continuous Process Improvement Initiatives.

• Leading ERP Implementation and Optimization.

• Development and Timely Adjustment of the Chart of Accounts.

• Data Management and Financial Reporting.
